General PurposeLuer Fitting Pressure Transducers

An end-mounted pressure sensor within an electrically isolated titanium shell

The transducer's extremely small sensing area and volume displacement allow for excellent frequency response.

Two versions of this transducer are available:

  • Low pressure, for measuring physiological pressures externally, type TTLUER
  • High pressure, for measuring pressures up to 150psi (1MPa), type TTLUER-HP

It has an end-mounted sensor within an electrically isolated titanium shell which is tapered to match standard female luer locking fittings. It is supplied with a captive plastic luer lock nut.

The transducer weighs less than 4gm and can be operated with a wide range of pressure amplifiers.

Sterilisation is by means of cold aqueous solutions of detergicide (e.g. Cidex) or by ethylene oxide gas. Do not use sodium hypochlorite solution.
